Delicious food, prepared quickly, and Brian at the counter was great! Helped with getting milk for my child. Above and beyond! We will be back next time we visit BR! Full bellies all around...and leftovers for dinner.!

The grinders here are amazing and I highly recommend the steak grinder. The inside could be nicer though, and I hear the pizza isn't great although I've never tried it myself. Overall one of the better places to grab a snack in Big Rapids.

Service was excellent, prices were great and the food was pretty good. I have not tasted everything, nor have I been enough for a 5 star rating. Hood start though!

Brian is always very friendly! The manager who took my order and made our pizza never washed her hands. We were in the store for almost an hour and she washed her hands one time. After taking 4 orders anwsering the phone touching money and taking orders out of the over she never washed her hands between task. Her hair was half way pulled back no hat on either. I ate one slice of my pizza and my son ate one we threw the rest out! No gloves no soap no water eww and the holy pants dont seem very professional.
